Pineapple Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. nuts
1 can pineapple tidbits (only use 1/2 of juice)
Preparation

Cream butter, flour, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Blend in eggs and syrup.
Add pecans, pineapple and juice.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
