Potato Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    15 oz. can creamed corn
    2 c. milk
    2 c. mashed potato flakes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. green onion tops
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 11 x 7-inch or 9-inch square pan. Cook bacon and crumble.
    Reserve 1 tablespoon drippings and put in large saucepan; add green onion and green pepper, cook until tender.
    Stir in corn, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
    Cook until hot; remove.
    Stir in potato flakes and sour cream until well blended.
    Spoon into greased pan.
    Top with bacon, cheese and green onions.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
