Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 c. Worcestershire
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 bell pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 onion
1 can Ro-Tel
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 pkg. McCormick chili seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. hot water
1 can hot chili beans
Preparation

Brown peppers and onions in oil until tender.
Add ground beef.
Brown and drain off grease.
Add seasoning and mix well. Add tomato sauce, water, beans, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, Ro-Tel and chili powder.
Boil 10 minutes and stir.
Simmer several hours and let set in refrigerator overnight.
