Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain croutons
4 oz. (1 c.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
dash of pepper
4 slices bacon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Place croutons evenly in bottom of dish; sprinkle cheese over croutons.
In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over croutons.
Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over egg mixture.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs are set.
Serves 4 to 6.
