Hobo Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
6 medium potatoes
2 onions
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Press uncooked ground beef in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex casserole.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Slice potatoes (very thin) on meat, then slice onions over potatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese over onions and cover everything with mushroom soup. Cover with foil.
Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or until potatoes are done.
