Bell Peppers Stuffed With Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bell peppers
    finely ground ham
    tomatoes (canned or fresh)
    onions, chopped
    bread crumbs
    eggs
    grated cheese
    salt/pepper to taste
    potatoes, cooked and finely diced
    dash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Wash and scoop out insides of peppers.
    Drop in boiling water for approximately 5 to 10 minutes; then drain.
    Mix together ground ham, tomatoes, onions, bread crumbs, as many eggs as needed, salt and pepper, potatoes and Worcestershire sauce.
    Stuff peppers with this mixture.
    Put mound of grated cheese on top of each pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or freeze for future use.
    When heating frozen peppers, bake for approximately 15 minutes longer.
