Hot Cocoa From Scratch - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cocoa
4 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
1 c. boiling water
4 c. milk

Preparation

Mix cocoa, sugar and salt together.
Blend to a smooth paste with the boiling water.
Bring to a boil and cook rapidly for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add rest of the liquid and heat over boiling water until scalding.
Whip with an egg beater for 1 minute.
Serve hot.
Serves 6.
