Mississippi Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) Italian dressing (Wish-Bone)
    1 can mild Ro-Tel (drain most of juice)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (11 oz.) can Shoepeg corn
    1 (15.5 oz.) can black-eyed peas
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with corn chips that are made for scooping (example: Tostitos, Scoops).
