"Don'T Peek In Pot" Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, trimmed lean
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Place meat in heavy roaster with lid.
    Pour soups and wine over meat and bake, covered, for 2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Water can be added before serving if it is too thick (1/2 cup).
