Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked yellow squash
    1 Tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 c. crushed cheese crackers, divided (save 1/2)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all together well.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, covered. Mix the saved 1/2 of the cheese crackers with 4 ounces grated cheese.
    Pour over casserole and bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.
