Old Fashioned Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine ingredients to make a stiff dough.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Roll dough very thin on a floured surface.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Roll up loosely; slice 1/4-inch wide and unroll.
    Spread out.
    Let dry 2 hours.
    Store in covered container until needed.
