Polynesian Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of paprika powder
    dash of garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water

Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients lightly, but well.
    Form into 30 meatballs, using a rounded teaspoon.
    Drain pineapple; reserve liquid; refrigerate pineapple.
    Add water to reserved liquid to measure 3/4 cup.
    Combine liquid with vinegar and next 3 ingredients in large skillet.
    Heat to boil; add meatballs. Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked. Stir occasionally.
    Stir in drained pineapple.
    Combine cornstarch and water; stir into meatballs.
    Cook until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
