Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew meat (beef cubes)
5 stalks celery, diced
6 potatoes, quartered
6 carrots, sliced thin
1 c. canned tomatoes
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 large onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. tapioca
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
Put all ingredients, raw, into a large Dutch oven or casserole with tight fitting lid.
Bake, covered, 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
You can add a cup of frozen peas 5 minutes before serving.
