Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/3 c. orange juice
    5 thinly sliced apples
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix together in large bowl flour, sugar, oil, eggs, salt, orange juice, vanilla and baking powder.
    Beat until smooth.
    Mix apples, cinnamon and sugar.
    Pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan as follows:
    1 layer batter, 1 layer apples, batter, apples and repeat until all gone.
    Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes or until golden brown on top and not gooey when checked with toothpick (oven 340\u00b0).
