Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf white bread (frozen)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
melted margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Separate bread slices while still frozen.
Trim off outside edges of the bread (the bread will be thawing).
Roll each slice flat with rolling pin and cut in half, making 2 strips.
Spread each strip with the softened cream cheese.
Roll up jelly roll style.
(It will stick to itself.)
Dip into melted margarine. Then roll in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
