Amazing Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 can Angel Flake coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Blend at high speed for 3 minutes.
Pour in a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
