Coke Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 to 4 lb.) roast
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small container mushrooms
1 can Classic Coke
small amount of Wonder flour

Preparation

In blue galvanized roaster, brown your roast on top and bottom.
Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
Add cream of mushroom soup and drained mushrooms.
Pour in the Classic Coke.
Bake 3 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Remove roast from pan.
Add Wonder flour to make the gravy.
