Dee'S Texas Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. red hot sauce
Preparation

Simmer all ingredients in a covered saucepan for 30 to 40 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Refrigerate after cool. Can be hot packed in sanitized hot canning jars or refrigerate up t 6 months. Excellent on chicken, venison or leftover beef or pork roast. Best the second day.
