"Shrimply Delicious Quiche" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. rock shrimp (fresh or frozen), cooked
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
    2/3 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 unbaked (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Chop shrimp (hold).
    Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender, but not brown.
    Beat eggs, half and half, salt and mustard in bowl until smooth.
    Layer 1/2 shrimp, 1/2 mushroom mixture, and 1/2 of the Mozzarella into each pie shell.
    Pour 1/2 of the egg mixture into each pie shell.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce to 300\u00b0 and continue 30 minutes.
    Let set for 15 minutes before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
