Zesty Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chuck beef, ground
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 1/3 c. fine soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, unbeaten
3 Tbsp. ketchup
2 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. ketchup

Preparation

Mix together beef, onion, green pepper, bread crumbs, salt, egg, ketchup, horseradish, mustard and milk; blend well.
Pack firmly into 9 1/2 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan.
Spread ketchup over top of loaf.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
