Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3/4 c. Crisco
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in Crisco.
    Add buttermilk and yeast (dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water).
    Mix with spoon (I usually use my hands).
    Cover and put in refrigerator.
    Pat out 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
