Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
    1 box confectioners sugar
    3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 sticks softened margarine
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix together peanut butter, confectioners sugar, graham cracker crumbs and margarine.
    Shape into balls the size of walnuts.
    In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips.
    When chocolate is melted, dip balls in chocolate (can use tongs to do this) and place on waxed paper on a cookie sheet.
    (Balls can be rolled in coconut or chopped nuts if desired.)
    Let cool thoroughly in refrigerator.
    Makes 4 dozen.
