Pizza Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread dough, unbaked
    3/4 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/3 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
    1 Tbsp. dried sweet pepper flakes
Preparation
    Let dough rise according to directions.
    Combine in skillet the meat, onion, tomato sauce, mushrooms and pepper flakes.
    Add paprika, oregano, celery salt, garlic salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir in olives. Cool to lukewarm. Press dough out onto 2 greased 10 x 15-inch cookie sheets (one loaf on each sheet). Place half of meat mixture on each loaf. Spread to within 2-inches of outside.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Fold ends over filling. Brush with milk.
    Let rise in warm place for 15 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
