Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. butter
salt
4 c. shelled pecan halves
Preparation

Melt oil and butter on large broiler tray or cookie sheet with sides to prevent oil and butter from running off.
Sprinkle with salt.
In single thickness, spread pecans over tray and stir to coat them with the mixture in the tray.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
If necessary, more salt may be added to taste.
