Mexican Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    3/4 c. diced onion
    3 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    18 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
    2 c. commercial sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and green pepper in a large skillet. Stir in tomatoes, sour cream, sugar, chili powder and salt.
    Add macaroni.
    Cover skillet and simmer about 30 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
