Squash Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt and pepper
    crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients.
    Form into small balls or patties.
    Roll in cornflakes.
    Fry in deep fat until golden brown. Serve hot.
