Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cranberries, washed and drained
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
1 c. chopped celery
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. boiling water
Preparation

Bring to boil, stirring constantly cranberries and sugar. Boil until cranberries pop and are done only a few minutes. Dissolve one box of lemon jello in 1/4 cup boiling water.
Add this to the mixture as you take from stove, then add celery, crushed pineapple and nuts.
Put in small oblong size dish to set. Can be made several days ahead.
