Glazed Ham With Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

1 slice ham steak (1 1/4 lb.)
1 can sweet potatoes, drained (16 oz.)
2 Tbsp. apricot jam or preserves
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 can sliced peaches (16 oz.)
2 Tbsp. maple syrup, divided
Preparation

Preheat broiler.
Position oven rack about 4 inches from heat source.
Place ham in shallow pan.
Surround with peaches and sweet potatoes; drizzle peaches and sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
Broil 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, heat combined jam and mustard in microwave until jam is melted; stir until well-blended.
Turn ham, peaches and sweet potatoes over; brush ham with jam mixture.
Drizzle peaches and sweet potatoes with remaining 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
Continue broiling 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serves 4.
