Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding)
1 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding or 1 large
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut (optional)
1 (8 oz.) can Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix by hand the following:
cake mix, oil and can of oranges. Then, add to the mixture 4 eggs (one at a time).
Mix well.
Pour into 3 greased and floured round cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool cake.
