Scallop Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped ham
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 large pkg. frozen hash browns
    6 to 8 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns and mix with ham and onion.
    Combine milk and cream of mushroom soup together with wire whip.
    Mix into potato mixture.
    Blend together.
    Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish and spread.
    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    After time is up put cheese slices on top and put back into oven for 5 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.
