Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 medium carrot, shredded
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    Place cabbage and carrot in a food processor bowl.
    Cover and process until vegetables are finely chopped. Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to the cabbage mixture.
    Store in refrigerator. Good on pork barbecue sandwiches.
    Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
