Stuffed Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves (boneless and skinless)
    1 c. cooked spinach
    4 Tbsp. Feta cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. broth or juice from baking pan
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Pound the chicken breasts flat for rolling.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Top each breast with 1/4 spinach, then cheese.
    Roll up and pin with toothpicks.
    Dip rolls in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with mushroom gravy.
