Strawberry Bonbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    4 (3 1/2 oz.) cans flaked coconut
    1/3 c. strawberry jello
    1 c. ground blanched almonds
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. red food coloring (to tint color of a strawberry shade)
Preparation
    Combine all in a large bowl.
    Form small amounts (about 1/2 teaspoon) into strawberry shapes.
    Sprinkle remaining jello into flat dish; roll each strawberry to coat (I use another box of jello also).
    Make stems with green decorator icing.
    Place on baking sheet; refrigerate.
