Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can creamed corn
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. meal
1 c. milk
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 bell pepper
2 hot peppers
1 onion
Preparation
-
Mix everything, except cheese; pour 1/2 of batter in pan.
Add cheese.
Pour other half of batter and rest of cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
