Easy Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease pie plate with shortening. Mix all ingredients together with fork until blended. Pour filling into pie plate. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 2 hours.
