Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1/4 tsp. salt
    7 oz. coconut
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream the oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat on high speed 10 minutes.
    Mix flour, salt, baking powder, coconut flavoring, coconut and milk. Add to the other mixture. Butter tube pan and flour with powdered sugar.
    Put in cold oven. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
