Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. drained blueberries
Preparation
    Beat egg with fork.
    Stir in milk and oil.
    Measure sifted flour.
    Blend dry ingredients; stir in just until flour is moistened.
    Batter should be lumpy.
    Add blueberries and stir slightly.
    Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full (can use paper cups). Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Loosen immediately.
    Serve warm.
