Spanish Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1 pkg. frozen tortillas
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken; soak tortillas in 1 cup broth until soft.
    Place tortillas in bottom of casserole dish.
    Place a layer of chicken, a layer of cheese, onion and pepper on tortillas. Pour soup over top.
    Add tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
