Summer Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French or Italian bread
    2 avocados, ripened
    1 lime
    2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    1 small red onion, slivered
    2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
    cheese slices, any kind
Preparation
    Cut bread in half lengthwise. Scoop avocado out and mash well with a fork. Squeeze lime juice into avocado, mash a little more. Spread avocado on bread. Place sliced garlic here and there. Top with red onion, cheese and tomatoes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted well. Serves 4.
