Grilled Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 fresh or frozen salmon steaks or other fish steaks (1 to 1-1/2-inches thick)
    1/2 cup cooking oil
    1/4 cup fresh snipped parsley
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Thaw fish if frozen.
    Place fish in a shallow dish or large glass pie plate.
    (Note: metal pie tin may not react well with the lemon juice for 6 hours.)
