Reception Style Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 1/2 sticks softened butter
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream the cheese and butter together (must be at room temperature).
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Roll into balls or cut like biscuits.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and top with pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
