Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. creamed corn
    1/3 c. chopped Italian-style Italian peppers
    1 c. flour
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. corn meal
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add and beat into mixture one egg at a time.
    Mix in creamed corn, peppers, cheese and milk.
    Sift dry ingredients into mixture.
    Mix just enough to blend well.
    Turn into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 40 minutes in preheated oven at 325\u00b0.
