Potato Topped Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz homestyle brown or mushroom gravy
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 1/2 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Measure 1/4 cup gravy from jar and combine with beef and next 5 ingredients. Form into a loaf (8 x 4 x 1 1/2-inch) in a shallow baking pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour. Remove from oven and carefully drain fat. Spread hot mashed potatoes over top and sides of meat loaf. Drizzle melted butter over top of potatoes. Garnish with gravy and paprika.
