Hot Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
    1 c. cooked rice
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. cornflakes or cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. blanched, slivered almonds
Preparation
    Combine undiluted soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
    Add turkey, rice, eggs, celery, water chestnuts and onions.
    Mix well.
    Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine crumbs and butter.
    Mix in almonds.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
