Pineapple Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    6 eggs
    1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 sugar box flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add
    eggs
    1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add vanilla and lemon juice. Stir in flour and mix well.
    Add
    pineapple
    (be
    sure that all juice has been drained).
    Spoon batter into a greased and floured tube pan or a loaf pan.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done.
    No
    frosting
    is\tneeded\tfor this cake;\tit keeps well.
