Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cooked cooled macaroni
    3 or 4 carrots grated
    1 small green pepper grated
    1 medium onion grated
    1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c vinegar
    1 can Eagle Brand Milk
    2 c mayonnaise
    1/4 Tbsp salt
    Broccoli - optional
Preparation
    Mix and store in refrigerator (covered).
