Potatoes Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
4 to 6 eggs
1 pkg. bacon
1 to 2 qt. milk
Pot Pie Dough
salt and pepper
Preparation

Slice bacon into cubes and fry.
Drain off grease and set aside.
Put grease back into frying pan and add potatoes.
When potatoes are done, add eggs.
While potatoes are frying, make your sauce.
Place bacon, milk, salt and pepper in saucepan.
Simmer on low heat about 1 hour.
