Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions (use very little of green tops)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in their skins.
    Cool and peel into thin slices. In a saucepan over low heat, combine Cheddar cheese and butter. Stir until almost melted.
    Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, green onions, salt and pepper.
    Fold in the potatoes and turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
