Banana Crush Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar, dissolved in 6 c. water
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice, thawed
    1 (12 oz.) can lemonade, thawed
    5 peeled and crushed bananas
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and crushed
    7 (28 oz.) bottles 7-Up
Preparation
    Add juices and crushed fruits to sugar mixture.
    Freeze.
    When ready to serve, thaw in refrigerator to mushy stage.
    Mix with equal amounts of 7-Up or Sprite.
