Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Martha White cornmeal mix
2 eggs or Egg Beaters
1 c. corn, drained
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. onion
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. (or more) grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients well.
Add next 2 ingredients, mixing well.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned.
